Media inquiries to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife are routed to Public Information Officers, who are assigned to specific geographic areas of the state. Please see a
map of the regions. Public Information Officers work with reporters to provide timely and accurate information. Whether serving as a spokesperson on an issue or coordinating contact with a subject matter expert within the CPW, the job of Public Information Officers is to educate the public through working with the media. The CPW believes that the more the public understands its wildlife, the more the public will be able to enjoy it and protect it for future generations.
For non-media questions, see AskDOW.
