Chris Castilian

Chris CastilianChris Castilian is a fourth generation Coloradan with a natural resource and public sector background. He is an attorney, a former director of the State Board of Land Commissioners, former Legislative Director for Colorado Counties, Inc., and a former Deputy Chief of Staff for Governor Bill Owens. He is currently the Manager of Government and Community Relations for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. He volunteers on multiple non-profit boards, including the Colorado Creative Industries Council, Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado, Volunteers of American Western Fantasy, National Western Stock Show Junior Livestock Auction Committee and the Colorado Petroleum Association. He is an avid mountain biker, skier and adventure racer.

Jeanne Horne

Representative: Sportspersons and Outfitters

Jeanne HorneJeanne Horne is the owner and manager of J Bar H Outfitters LLC in Meeker, a family-owned big game and fishing outfitting business which she started in 1998. Her outfit is an authorized permittee in the Routt and White River national forests. Prior to starting her outfitting career, Horne worked in the real estate development field for 18 years, primarily in the Vail Valley.

Horne is a past Board member of the Colorado Outfitters Association and the 2012 honoree as Colorado's Outfitter of the Year. She maintains memberships in the Colorado Outfitter's Association, Colorado Bowhunter's Association, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Safari Club International and Big Game Forever.

Gaspar Perricone

Gaspar PerriconeA fourth generation Coloradan and native of Steamboat Springs, Gaspar Perricone is an avid hunter and angler. Perricone's roots in farming, ranching, and guiding led him to develop a strong respect for conservation and the protection of our outdoor heritage. After earning his degree in Political Science at the University of Utah on an athletic scholarship, Perricone returned to Colorado to focus on public lands policy. In 2007 Perricone founded Outdoor Heritage Consulting, a group dedicated to advancing sportsmen's interests throughout Colorado.

He is currently the Co-Director of the Bull Moose Sportsmen's Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to representing a complete sportsmen's agenda. Perricone has also served as the Western Slope Director for U.S. Senator Mark Udall. Connected to his sportsmen community, Gaspar serves as the Conservation Chair of Denver Chapter of Trout Unlimited and is a member of Colorado Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, Colorado Wildlife Federation, Colorado Bowhunters Association, Rocky Mt. Elk Foundation and the NRA.

James C. Pribyl

James C. PribylJames Pribyl is Vice President, Government Affairs, Level 3 Communications Inc, Denver, an international communications company which operates one of the largest fiber optic networks in the world, connecting 190 major markets in 20 countries. In his 35-year career in political campaign management, government, and the communications industry, Pribyl has served on various government commissions and non-profit boards in several states. He is an avid skier, biker, hiker and occasional angler.
