Leftover deer and elk corrections must be submitted by 11:59pm MDT July 8, 2013.

Turkey correction requests must be submitted by 11:59pm MDT July 17, 2013.

If you have corrections to more than one species, you must submit the correction requests separately.

If requesting a change to hunt codes, you must include the ENTIRE hunt code. Incomplete hunt codes will NOT be accepted.

Any missing or incorrect information may result in your correction not being completed and/or your application being disqualified from the draw.

Due to time constraints, Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) cannot confirm that your correction has been made.

Do NOT submit multiple corrections for the same species.  CPW is not responsible for application errors resulting from multiple correction requests made on one application.
